Invest in The Future of Pain Research and Clinical Care

Your donation supports APS early and mid-career researchers, clinicians, to build skills, lead innovation, and improve care for people living with pain.

Your support contributes to:

  • painSTAR (Pain School for Translation And Research)
A 3.5-day intensive program bringing together clinical and early–mid career researchers to strengthen translational skills and bridge the gap between research and real-world care. Through expert-led workshops, lectures and pain labs, participants build interdisciplinary networks and develop the capability to influence health systems and policy.
  • APS Early Career Researcher Launchpad Grant
Supporting early career researchers to undertake pilot studies and research projects, strengthening their track record and competitiveness for future funding, and advancing innovation in pain research.
  • APS Travel Grants
Enabling PhD students, nurses and allied health professionals to present their research at the Annual Scientific Meeting, supporting knowledge sharing, professional connection and career development.

By supporting these initiatives, you help retain talent, strengthen the pain workforce, and accelerate the translation of research into better care.
